Last Sunday they trained for the first time on the beach after the pandemic and Eli Ibarra will lead the virtual sessions twice a week
Athletic Villa FC, the women’s football club that is part of the Bizkaia Koopera project jointly developed in Peru by the Athletic Club Foundation, the Bizkaia Provincial Council and the Sports and Development association, has reason to be satisfied. They recently celebrated their sixth anniversary and last Sunday they were able to return abroad to train after the pandemic and thus start the season. It was a training session on the beach near the human settlement of Villa El Salvador in the city of Lima, where the project is being developed.
The former rojiblanca Eli Ibarra is in charge of planning and monitoring the training sessions of the different Athletic Villa FC teams on behalf of the Foundation. Precisely, this same week the virtual training sessions aimed at the under-17 and under-20 categories supervised by Eli Ibarra herself are also launched.
