CEREBRAL PALSY FOOTBALL

“Cerebral palsy football” is a form of football played by athletes who suffer from cerebral palsy or acquired brain injury.

RELATED ODS

The neurological disorders of cerebral palsy affect body movements and the coordination of muscles to a different degree, thus affecting their functional capacity. The Athletic Club Foundation, in collaboration with the Haszten , Aita Menni and Bidaideak associations, organises a regular training session with this group with the aim of providing equal opportunities for everyone. Playing sports and doing physical activities are essential for normalising and improving aspects such as psychomotor education and the personal achievements of this group.
