WALKING FOOTBALL

Through this form of sport known as Walking Football, the Foundation aims to ensure that those over the age of 50 continue to have options for doing sport and can continue to enjoy football in another way, avoiding the risk of injury as far as possible.

Among other rules, you cannot run, or lift the ball over head level, and contact is penalised.

In addition to the weekly training sessions, the Foundation will be responsible for either organising tournaments or involving users in different Walking Football.
