The Athletic Club Foundation participates in a virtual meeting to prevent racism and promote inclusion in sport
The Bilbao City Council has organized for this next Wednesday, April 14, a virtual meeting against racism in sport on the occasion of the commemoration of the International Day against Racial Discrimination, which is held annually every March 21. This webinar can be seen live on the municipal website www.bilbao.eus from 12:00 hours. The Athletic Club Foundation will be represented by Galder Reguera, Head of the Project and the Cultural Area of Fundazioa.
Together with Galder Reguera, the online session will offer a good opportunity to listen to other people related to professional sports, such as Lilian Thuram, former soccer player and member of the Foundation that bears his own name –Thuram Foundation-; Laura Sentís and Aisha Al Said, from the Barça Foundation; Gaspar Maza from the Rovira i Virgili University; Sitapha Savané, former ACB player and sportscaster; and Aauri Bokesa, Olympic athlete, from F.C. Barcelona and social worker.
