The Aterpe programme has started the year with a hectic set of activities. The Child Protection Department of the Athletic Club Foundation will take part in various events organised by the Fundació per a l’Esport Balear, the Fundación Deporte Joven and the town councils of Erandio and Trapagaran.
As a result of the collaboration between the Athletic Foundation and the Fundació per a l’Esport Balear, Iñaki Alonso, head of the Aterpe Programme, will attend the Centre de Tecnificació Esportiva de les Illes Balears on February 1 and 2, where he will take part in child protection training courses for sports professionals.
On Tuesday, January 25, he will be one of the experts selected by the Fundación Deporte Joven del Consejo Superior de Deportes to record a report on child protection for RTVE.
Finally, on January 26 and February 10, the town councils of Erandio and Trapagaran will organise two events related to child protection in sport, with the participation of representatives of the Athletic Club Foundation and the Aterpe Programme, as part of the Foundation’s Town Councils Programme. In the first of these events, Erandio Town Council will present its Erandio Kirolak Strategic Plan at the Altzaga sports centre at 5.30 pm.
