This is a European training programme run by the European Commission in which it will take part courtesy of A.D. Shotokai K.T.
The Athletic Club Foundation has reached an agreement with A.D. Shotokai K.T. to take part in the European Erasmus+ SPORT project entitled “ACTIV in Sport: Actions to Improve Volunteering in Sport” which will take place between November 2019 and June 2020. Through this agreement, up to four representatives from the Foundation will be able to take part in this training and educational programme aimed at improving personal and professional skills through methodologies that foster social inclusion in disadvantaged environments, an objective embraced by the Foundation’s social projects.
The Athletic Club Foundation is therefore joining this initiative which, in addition to A.D. Shotokai, includes two Italian entities, Cruz Roja Italia and AICEM, and a Portuguese entity, Associação Sójovem, among its partners. This project, which was selected by the European Commission, will be presented on Wednesday, November 13, in Bilbao, and all the participating entities will take part in the presentation.
